The English FA is still looking for a third team to take part in their forthcoming inaugural International Futsal Tournament to be held in Manchester on December 11th - 15th 2004. With England and Romania confirmed a third team is sought for this competition that will be staged at the exceptional Manchester Velodrome facility. The English FA are prepared to host a party of 18 people for this competition that is being run in conjunction with the IBSA Partially sighted World Futsal Championships. The social programme for the Tournament will involve attending a Premier League match at Manchester City.
