The fourth round of the Italian league is over. The original quartet of leaders is now a "duet" composed of the title holder
Arzignano Grifo and the renewed
Roma calcio a 5 coached by
Agenore Maurizi. Arzignano obtained a quite hard victory against Lazio, where the Brazilian
Bachega (just arrived from Arzignano) scored a wonderful goal for the temporary 1-1 draw. Arzignano can count since the third round of the impressive performance of
Vander Carioca, even if something of strange is happening about the Brazilian pivot. Vander Carioca had six rounds of suspension when playing for Mirò Martorell, as his team mates
Dani Salgado, Luiz Claudio "PC" and
Cupim, while the Brazilian goalkeeper
Leandro was suspended for 13 rounds. All the current players of
Mirò Martorell were out for the first six rounds of Division de Honor and came back (with the exception of Leandro de Martini) for the seventh round. In Italy, Vander Carioca missed the first two matches due to missing bureaucratic reasons, but did his debut in Italy in the third round scoring an hat trick against
Sasol Augusta and two goals more with Lazio. As correctly reported by
Alejandro Alcazar in his
personal web page the 9th article of FIFA regulations for the Status and Transfer of Players (
Click here to read the complete document) should not allow Vander to play in Italy before the seventh round of the regular season. Here is the text of the Art. 9
A national association issuing an international registration transfer certificate at the request of another national association shall indicate in an attachment to the certificate whether the player wishing to transfer is under suspension on disciplinary grounds.
The national association receiving the international registration transfer certificate shall enforce the remainder of the disciplinary measures applying to the player and shall confirm in writing to the former national association that it has done so.
Any dispute as to what does or does not constitute disciplinary grounds under par. 1 above shall be referred to the FIFA Players' Status Committee. Coming back on "sport" discussion, in one of the most expected match of the day the renewed Prato found a good draw against Perugia, especially thanks to a great performance by the young Brazilian
Bruno Barreto De Assis.
Roma calcio a 5 gave no chance to Sasol Augusta: Vinicius (2), Carlinhos, Ippoliti (2) and Parrel close the match against an opponent that still didn't manage to gain points.
Unbelievable in Palermo:
Lab Infissi Reggio Calabria could not complete the match due to the contemporary red cards showed to the Brazilians Toni and Gil, plus the Argentinian Fabricio D'Angelo. Match was suspended on the result of 3-2 in favour of Atletico Palermo.
Great reaction of
Seep Luparense after the departure of Miguel Rodrigo and the arrival of the new coach
Corrado Roma, who was able to take three points against his former club (both as a player and coach) Montesilvano.
Tadeu confirmed to be in a great moment: the former pivot of Viz Sinara Ekaterinburg scored twice, one week after the positive debut with the Italian National team in Prato.
