At the end of the second round of the
Russian Super League 2004/2005 there is only a team on the top of the table:
Dinamo Moscow. The
Yuri Rudnev's team won all the four matches played until now, including the last pairing against
TTG Java.
Hard moment for Russian coaches: two clubs has already fired out their trainers. Spartak Shelkovo is currently without a coach after the departure of
Igor Podshivalov at the end of the first round (Spartak Shelkovo lost both matches without Koridze). New coach for
CSKA Moscow: after the worst defeat of their history (0-8 against Spartak Shelkovo in the second round)
Andrei Ilin resigned and was replaced by
Alexander Babkin, in the past season in the technical staff of Spartak Moscow.
Second place for
Norilsky Nickel helped by the goals of the new Brazilian players (both ex MRA Gvtarra Xota, Spanish Division de Honor)
Passarinho and
Afranio.
