Interesting news from Paraguay. According to Diario ABC Color Digital Asuncion one of the best Paraguayan players like Diego Balbuena could be suspended by FIFA.
FIFA received a charge from the Spanish club of Division de Plata Perfiles Sintal due to the reason that Balbuena
didn't "honoured" his contract with the Perfiles Sintal until the end.
Balbuena, for this reason, is also missing the chance to play the next World Championship in Chinese Taipei with the Paraguayan National team that is currently training in Italy.

Pascual López, Perfiles Sintal's president, told that there are two chances to solve this situation: Guarani have to play 12.500 euros to Perfiles or Balbuena has to come back and play with the Spanish club.
