Is now available for everybody (no more in need of a registration) the 2nd FIFA Futsal Seminar staged in Taipei city on last December 4th and 5th. As some of you maybe remember, the first ever FIFA Futsal Seminar was held in Guatemala (November 16th and 17th) during the 4th World Futsal Championship.
