Platon Futsal Team in Italy

In an effort to improve their futsal knowledge and obtain valuable
experiences, Platon (1st in the Greek League) will be travelling to Rome on the 23rd of March to play friendly matches against more experienced Italian teams. Platon, is attempting to come closer to the European style of play and learn the game better, in an effort that begun two years ago. Last year's trip to the Czech Republic was invaluable to the team as it gave an opportunity to observe and face teams from around the continent. This year team management has planned a trip that will include friendly games, observation of Italian league matches, and of course plenty of PR with the
local futsal community. Platon will remain at the Holiday Inn in Rome until the 27th of March.

Platon's coach, Dimitri Nicolaou is very pleased to see his team make this trip as he considers these experiences to be vital in progressing as a unit.
Nicolaou stated, "I would like to thank the management for giving us this opportunity to once again move a step forward in our evaluation of the game".
Platon's coach added "the team has certainly grown in the past year and these trips certainly play an important role in this process". Platon will face A2/Group 2 Division teams AS Torrino C/5, AS Ostia C/5, and AS Divino Amore C/5.
