AFC and Sport Court International partner to promote Futsal in Asia

Kuala Lumpur: The Asian Football Confederation (AFC) and Sport Court International announced today that they have signed a three-year agreement, making Sport Court flooring the official flooring of the AFC Futsal Championship.

"The Asian Football Confederation is proud to welcome Sport Court International as the official flooring provider for the AFC Futsal Championships from 2005-2007," stated AFC President, Mohamed bin Hammam. "Sport Court International has been selected based on their world-wide expertise in providing high quality sports flooring with unmatched technological performance aimed at reducing injuries.

"Together with Sport Court International, Asian Futsal will reach new heights in performance."

Featuring two Sport Court championship futsal floors, the 2005 AFC Futsal Championship kicks-off in 25 days in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam on 22 May 2005. The annual competition will bring together the top 24 national futsal teams throughout Asia, with IR Iran looking to defend their championship position.
