The Spanish regular season is over. After 30 entertaining rounds all is ready to the great spectacle provided by the play off series. As always, eight teams qualified for the final stage that will assign the title of the "mejor liga del mundo".
El Pozo Murcia, as known since some weeks, is the regular season winner and will try again to conquer the title after the disappointing final of the past two seasons.
Boomerang hopes to celebrate another triumph (it would be the fourth league title in a row, something impressive), while
Playas de Castellon could be a surprising winner, as well as
Polaris World Cartagena (Cristian is finally back for the Sito Rivera's team): two clubs with impressive players, altough they still didn't express the same level of El Pozo and Boomerang.
The outstanding
Benicarlò was already qualified, while
MRA Gvtarra, Lobelle de Santiago and
DKV Zaragoza found a place in the last round.
One verdict was expressed also in the bottom of the table: due to the draw between Mostoles and DKV,
Boadilla Las Rozas will play in Division de Plata in the next season. The
Tino De La Cruz team (PSG Mostoles) will try to stay in Division de Honor through the play out series.
