Fifteen players are currently training in the hall Benito Quinquela Martín. From this list 12 of them will travel towards Egypt to take part in the International tournament Pyramids Cup 2005. The Egyptian tournament should be played in Il Cairo (July 10th-14th) with Egypt, Argentina, Brazil, Australia, Ukraine and one between Japan or South Korea taking part. This should be the first event of the new Argentinian course: Fernando Larrañaga will stay in the national team as a kind of supervisor, but the foreign tournament will be attended by another coach, who will change (until the next World Championship) at the end of every season. The first selected coaches are Alejandro De Nicola (San Lorenzo de Almagro) for the "A" team, and Cristian Meloni (Ferro Carrill Oeste) who will guide the Under 20 selection.
