Romanian futsal season is over! Though the play off forecasts indicated the regular season winner and title holder AFC Bodu Bucuresti as predictable conqueror of the title, things were extremely different and awarded Odorheiu Secuiesc as new Romanian Champion. Is the second ever title for the club from Odorheiu Secuiesc, that will take part in the next edition of the UEFA Futsal Cup.

The title came at the end of the 9th round of the play off series, after a dramatic match played at home against the runner up Cip Deva which leaded the first part of the match, until the impressive comeback of the new champions of Odorheiu Secuiesc.
