Thanks to our collaborator from Albania Fatjon Pandovski we can finally provide futsal fans with the real reason why the Albanian team taking part in the UEFA Futsal Cup will be Dinamo Tirana instead of Erzeni Shijak. According the the Albanian Federation inquiry Erzeni Shijak, which conquered the league after the final match against Dinamo Tirana on past April, played in the second part of the league with five players from Serbia & Montenegro already signed by one of the best local clubs: Cd Shop Mozart.

Due to this reason the national title was revoked to Erzeni and assigned to Dinamo Tirana that will play in the UEFA Futsal Cup 2005/2006.

FSHF removed the Championship title from Erzeni

A sensational news came out of Albanian Soccer Federation, a day after the draw of UEFA FUTSAL CUP. Everybody wondered about Dinamo beign as a representative team from Albania at the UEFA FUTSAL CUP draw last Thursday. The truth was; the title was removed from Erzeni and was given to Dinamo. Eventually, there was falsification of evidence for five Montenegro players, activated with Erzeni for the second part of the season. They were registered with a club in Montenegro and at the same time they had signed with Erzeni. Due to the rules and regulations of the FSHF, such a act (playing or beign registered -signed- for 2 different clubs in the same time) is prohibited. At the end FSHF had decided:

- Players Dimitri Pejovic, Pedo Pejuric, Nikolla Ulicevic, Igoer Cvjetkovic and Nusret Muratbashiq who played at the same time for Albanian Futsal Club Erzeni of Shijakut and the Montenegro team of Danilovgrad CD.SHOP.MOXART , because they were activated on the same season with two or more different clubs or Soccer Association they had violated item 14/3,13 of KDS and based on article 25 /23 they are suspended for one year from any soccer activities in Albania

- Futsal team of Erzeni as responsible for those actions, based on article 25/23 and 24/8 will be fined 100.000 lek

- FSHF has removed the title of FUTSAL Champion of Albania 2004-05 from the team of Erzeni, based on item 3 of article 4/9 .New Champions are Dinamo of Tirana

- Coach of Erzeni, Dervish Hadziosmanovic, based on item 16 of article 24/8 of KSD, will be suspended from any soccer activities in Albania for 2 years .

There is a five days span for apeal.

The reaction for such a sensational and nonsense verdict had had a very negative impact in all, coach Hadziosmanovic, President of Vllaznia and Erzeni, which all have been furious towards such verdict and they have openly expressed, they will take this matter to the higher European official commitees for a fair decision, if FSHF doesn't change their mind after an apeal from all personel and club involved
