U.S. FUTSAL COACH NAMED MISL COACH OF THE YEAR

Milwaukee Wave and U.S. Futsal National Team Head Coach Keith Tozer was named the "2001-02 Major Indoor Soccer League (MISL) Coach of the Year" on April 23. Tozer guided the Wave to a League-best 34-10 regular season record, which included a 22-0 home mark. The 45-year old skipper recorded his 500th career victory with a win over Baltimore on April 12, and continues to rank as the sport of professional indoor soccer’s all-time leader in coaching victories. A four-time recipient of the "Coach of the Year honor," Tozer is in his 10th year at helm with Milwaukee where he has led the Wave to indoor league titles in 1997-98, 1999-2000, and 2000-2001.
