The
Romanian futsal season began with a surprising result. In this season the local FA organized, for the first ever time, the national supercup. Title went to
MGA Bucuresti, thanks to an impressive match of their brazilian player
Carlos Henrique Ribeiro who scored all the five goals of his team, obtaining an unexpected victory over the title holder
Odorheiu Secuiesc.
MGA confirmed to be the hardest opponent for Odorheiu, which was already defeated in the past cup final.
Just a curiosity: one of the match referees was a woman:
Cristina Ionescu. A further demonstration on how futsal is improving in every matter.
