News from Andorran futsal

Andorran Futsal
A lot of news coming from Andorra. The nationals champions of Cap del Carrer (this will be the denomination used in the UEFA Futsal Cup, while in the local league the new name is Gran Valira Encamp after the management changes of the past season end: click here to know more) obtained a prestigious result against the russian UEFS club Almaz Alrosa: at the end of the 40th minute the score was 3-3 (0-1 after the first half, below you can see three pictures from the match). This is definitely an encouraging news for the Andorran side, that is waiting for the European adventure in october (Group 2 in Czech Republic against the host team Era Pack, Dinamo Moscow and the bulgarian side Piccadilly Varna).

Also, the Andorran federation communicated the dates of the next season. For the first ever time, on September 17th, will be played the national Supercup, to open the new season. The match will face Gran Valira Encamp (former Cap del Carrer, national champions) to Cup runners up (as also this competition was conquered by Cap del Carrer) GBG Pic Negre.

The league regular season will start on September 19th, the official fixture will be communicated on September 6th.

Good news also for futsal coaches, who will have the chance to attend the first Futsal Clinic organized by Andorran federation on September 16, 17 and 18.

The clinic will count on two spanish coaches as course teachers: Josep Maria Mart Martin and Xavier Clos Closas.
