Recopa 2005 - Lugo ...
Below you can read the official regulations that will characterize the next Recopa Cup, which RFEF and LNFS are organizing for the second time, after the first edition in Murcia. The place for the next edition will be Lugo. The Recopa Cup should be played between November 17th and 20th, waiting for an official confirmation.


GENERAL REGULATIONS

For the European Futsal Championship for Cup Champions.


1. PURPOSE OF THE TOURNAMENT
Celebration of an international tournament in accordance with FIFA and UEFA Futsal Regulations where the winner Champion’s Cup clubs of the different Federations will participate.


2. PARTICIPATION
Six teams winner of the Futsal Cup Competition of the season 2004/2005 by gentility of the organization. The finalist of the Futsal Cup Competition will be able to apply in case the same club is winner of both the League and the Cup. The clubs will apply voluntarily once the organizers provide them the proper invitation by the RFEF.


3. DATE OF CELEBRATION
The dates for the celebration of the tournament are from the 17th until 20th of November, waiting to be confirmed by the Local Comity Organization.


4. ELIGIBILITY
Players with a licence authorisation to play issued by the Football Association they belong to.

All of them must appear provided by their original passport in order to check their identity.

Each Official Delegation will have a maximum of 14 players, who must be authorised to participate in the Tournament.

Forty five minutes before the kick off, the clubs will decide which 12 players, out of the 14 on the list, will participate in the match.

A Delegate meeting will take place the day before the beginning of the Tournament, where all passports and other documents will be verified. Information about the referees and organization instructions will be given.


5. PAVILLIONS
All the matches will be celebrated in covered halls according to FIFA and UEFA’s rules.


6. COMPETITION SYSTEM
The tournament will be celebrated in two groups of three teams each.

The the composition of the groups will become by drawing once the teams confirm their participation.

The competition, in both groups, will be played by the system of the league, of one round “each against each” according to the results of the match:

Three (3) points per victory
One (1) point per drawn
Zero (0) points per defeat

The final will be played by the first classified in each group, according to the final classification.

The second teams classified of each group will play to determine the 3rd and 4th position.

The third teams classified of each group will play to determine the 5th and 6th position.

If two or more teams obtained the same number of points, it would be solved as follows:

- The best result in match against each other, based upon goal difference in each match.
- Greater number of goals scored.
- Best result obtained by dividing the total scored goals between received goals.
- Best classified in fair play.

All above mentioned rules will be applied by excluding each other by the same order.


7. FAIR PLAY
For each yellow card shown to a player, one point (1) will be added.
For each red card shown to a player, three (3) points will be added.

At the end of the match, the referees will evaluate from 0 to 5, from the worst to the best, the behaviour of the teams in the pitch, considering the sportsmanship, collaboration in the development of the game, game of attack and everything which might affect the development of the game.


8. ARRIVAL OF THE TEAMS
All the clubs must arrive 24 hours before the fist kick-off and will departure as their participation ends up.


9. REFEREES
All the matches will be managed by international FIFA referees.


10. DISCIPLINARY COMMITTEE
A Disciplinary Committee will be designed and must be ratified by the Futsal Committee of the Spanish Federation.


11. FINANCIAL CONDITIONS
The LOC will cover:
- Internal displacements, since the arrival to the airport in La Coruña or Santiago de Compostela, until the departure.
- Lodging and accommodation in a 3 or 4 stars hotel for a maximum of 20 people for each Delegation, 14 players and 6 officials, from midday of Wednesday until breakfast next monday , wich is the day of departure, distributed in 8 double rooms and 4 individual ones.
- Laundry for the player’s attire.
- The displacements of the referees from their own country.
- Lodging and accommodation in a 3 or 4 stars hotel for the referees.
- Laundry for the referees attire.
- Referee’s fees.


13 APPLICATIONS
All participating teams are obligated to apply in the tournament by means of directed writing signed by the General Secretary of their National Federations, committing itself to accept the present norms. They will send, with an advance of 10 days, the components of the Official Delegation, including complete information about the players (date of birth, name, surname, passport number….) or any other information which might be needed in order to program the tournament or for knowledge of the mass media.


14 OFFICIAL BALL
All the matches will be played with PUMA CELLERATOR SALA balls.


15. LAWS OF THE GAME
The Tournament will be played attending to the effective FIFA’s FUTSAL rules.


16. CALENDAR
The calendar will be as follows:

WEDNESDAY : Arrival of the teams, trainings and Delegate’s meeting.
THURSDAY : Fist Day
FRIDAY : Second Day
SATURDAY : Third Day
SUNDAY : Final match between the winners of each group, and final classification.
MONDAY : Departure of the finalist teams.


17. FINAL DISPOSITION
The RFEF and the COL are authorised to modify, explain or complete the present regulations if necessary.
