Iran Khodro lifts club futsal trophy, Persepolis relegated

Automaker Iran Khodro's TAM here Thursday celebrated the country's premier club futsal title and once popular Persepolis was demoted to first division.

TAM thrashed the capital-based Persepolis 8-1 in their last game, stealing the show with 52 points while Qom's Eram Kish finished runner-up on 50 points and Shensa from Saveh finished third on 44 points.

Chini Hamgam of Shahr-e Kord and Persepolis sticking to the 13th and 14th spots respectively were relegated.

Shensa was last season's champion.
