On 29th September 2005 Australian Futsal has lost one of its Senior
Referees, Mr. Mario Mazzeo. Mario passed away during an operation to postpone the inevidable. Mario was once a FIFUSA Referee and was a Highly Respected Futsal Referee by everyone he came in contact with.

He will be sadly missed. Australian Futsal Referees will be a puzzle
missing a piece without Mario.

Mario, God didn't play two equal halves on your life!!! We will miss
you, Rest In Peace.
