In the end of September was played the
Portuguese Supercup 2004/2005 which ended with the surprising and historical (first ever title) victory of
Boavista, which was able to defeat the expected winner
Benfica. A great seasonal start for the team coached by
Rui Pereira, which is now ready to take part in the prestigious
Recopa Cup 2005 to be played in next November in Lugo.
