Yesterday started the Albanian Futsal League 2005/2006. In this season there will be just one group with 14 clubs involved. Below you can find a complete presentation of the new season by our collaborator Fatjon Pandovski.

Friday, November 4, 2005 at 14.00 local time the third Albanian Futsal Championship will begin. A pre-start ceremony is planned to take place at the Sporthall "Asllan Rusi" in Tirana. "We are very glad to get the third Albanian Futsal Championship underway" said the Futsal Committee president in Albania, Mr.Alfred Zijai.

Compared to the past season, the Championship will be characterized by some changes.
First of all there will be no play-off series. In the competition will be involved 14 clubs and all of them will play against each other. Obviously, there will be no groups as well, as happened in the recent past. At the end, the team who will gain more points will be crowned with the new Champion title.

Futsal Committee President, Mr. Zijai will speak with the President of the whole teams to decide if the league matches can take place on Wednesday.
Also, there is a new participant team, Joly Loto, which is replacing 1 Maji, that withdrew few time before the league beginning.
