This evening was played the first leg match of the
Taça Ibérica 2005 in Alcalà de Henares. After a balanced first half, the spanish dream team coached by
Jesus Candelas obtained a large victory which could probably be a strong guarantee with the second match in sight, to be played in Lisbon on November 29th.
In the meanwhile, we have to report that according to the portuguese journalist of Record,
Claudia Marques, the competition is still not to be considered as official, as was also confirmed by the Portuguese FA.
