On november 21st there were the elections to name the new president of Romanian Soccer Federation. The elections were won by former president Mircea Sandu who beat former Romanian International Soccer Player Gica Popescu.

Same days after there were the elections for Romanian Soccer Executive Committee. In this Committee, Romanian Futsal was represented by George Mara, president of CIP Deva.

Mr.Mara will make a meeting with all presidents of futsal teams from Romania on 29-30 november 2005. He wants to hear about all teams problems, and to establish some measures for development of futsal in Romania. At this meeting there will be two presentations: one will be made by Jean Cosac, trainer of MGA Bucuresti and member of the National Association of futsal coaches of Spain (ANEFS). He will talk about development of futsal in Romania and migration to professional futsal. The second presentation will be substained by Cristi Vornicu, manager of Moldocor Piatra Neamt (second league team) and collaborator of www.futsalplanet.com. He will talk about the history of futsalplanet.com, about what this website can do for Romanian Futsal Teams.
