Object: ”The Preseason: its basic role in the training planning”

Aims:
- Analyze the preseason working process through four different sports criteria
- Reaching conclusions about the importance of planning this kind of work looking for the whole season

Objetivos:

- Analizar el proceso de trabajo de la pretemporada desde los parámetros comunes de cuatro deportes diferentes
- Sacar conclusiones sobre la importancia de la buena planificación de dicho trabajo de cara al planteamiento de toda la temporada.

Narciso Juliá: Ex entrenador del cuerpo técnico del Real Zaragoza y del F.C. Oporto.
Rango Zeravica: Ex entrenador del CAI Zaragoza de Baloncesto, Campeón Olimpico en Moscú 80.
