Belgian futsal, division 1. Great results for Forcom Antwerpen and GDL Chatelet!

Belgian Futsal
Report by our belgian collaborator Diego Di Risio

The belgian first division came back on January 6th for futsal fans, with five scheduled matches. The expected match between Futsal Hasselt and FP Houthalen-Genk was postponed due to the first team task in the Bénéluxe Cup, reason why FP Houthalen-Genk took the chance to play its cup match against KK Malle, easily winning over Grunholz & C. by 8-13.

Great results for GDL Châtelet, which managed to obtain a draw against Charleroi Action 21 thanks to the last minutes goal by Laarissi after the Robinho's double.

Forcom Antwerpen 2OOO was the other main character of the week, trashing CN Morlanwelz with the score of 4-0, thanks to an impressive performance by Van Den Brande, Bachar and Gessner.

Basic victory for Arenberg Enghien over Brussels United, which allow them to leave the last place of the table to ROAM Koninksem. Minicup Lommel had to thank the dutch national team player Antoine Merlino (who scored two double penalties in the last minutes of the match) in the hard battle versus Rsd Aartselaar.
