The 16th round of the Italian Serie A1 2005/2006 was shocked by the sudden and dramatic death of the former Prato c/5 staff member Michele Scapicchio, who left us on January 20th due to an hearth attack. Futsalplanet.com is close to Michele's family in this hard moment.

No surprises in the pitch, in which the leading trio kept on winning their respective matches. The unreachable leader Luparense had an easy match against the tail ender Ancona, while Lottomatica Roma and Nepi found harder opponents in the last title holders Perugia (04/05) and Arzignano (03/04).

The unexpected result came from Genzano, where the rookie Terni managed to find a draw against Lazio, though the usual goal of the league top scorer Erick.
