On friday 17th was officially communicated the fixture of the 9th Intercontinental Cup which will be held in Brusque (Brazil, State of Santa Catarina) since April 6th to 9th, in the Ginásio Arena Multiuso. Finally six teams will take part in the event, with the disappointing renounce of the European champions of Charleroi Action 21 (according to Futsal.com.br that was given by the prohibition, from the organization, to include new brazilian players in the team before of the tournament). South American champions of Malwee/Jaraguà plus the invited Carlos Barbosa will represent Brazil, the paraguayan UAA, the japanese Predator and the US champions ServCorp will close both groups, without forgetting the reigning champions of Boomerang Interviu, which conquered the past edition in Puertollano.
