1000 New Futsal Coaches for Indonesia

Futsal virus has also hit Indonesia. Last 2 years the development of Futsal in this country, with 220 million population, grows rapidly. Especially in quantity but very less in quality. When it comes to quality we are few years behind our neighbors, like Thailand and Malaysia. The question is how can we catch up this ? The solution is given by Sport EO DIFAMATA. They have done lots for the development of Futsal in Indonesia, now DIFAMATA has convinced a few sponsors to invest in Futsal.

DIFAMATA forms a team of Futsal specialists to do the technical part. This team is headed by Justinus Lhaksana ( Former National Coach of Indonesia during Asian Cup 2005 in Vietnam ) and his assistants Hendra Nazir ( Goalkeeper coach during Asian Cup 2005 in Vietnam ), Ade Lesmana ( National Futsal Goalkeeper ), Robby Hartono ( National Player ) and Andri Irawan ( National Player ). To finance this incredible events they found sponsors like Kelme, Mizone and Milo.

The first event is KELME FUTSALISMO started in February 2006. Coaching clinic for Futsal coaches in 5 differents cities ( Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, Medan and Balikpapan ) followed by tournaments among senior high schools and universities in those cities. Tournaments find places about 1-2 months after the coaches has participated coaching clinics. And closed in August 2006 with a tournaments among the winners of the cities. Most probably this tournaments will be open by Javi Rodriguez ( 2x world champion Futsal with Spain ).

The second event is sponsored by MIZONE which only contains coaching clinics for coaches in Jakarta with target market sport teachers of senior high school and universities, but also Futsal coaches.

The third sponsor is MILO. MILO targets coaching clinics for coaches and tournaments for elementary school in 3 cities ( Jakarta, Surabaya and Bandung ).

After May 2006 Indonesia will have 1000 new coaches or more. This coaches are educated to play modern Futsal. Futsal to be played as a team work with fast ball circulation, not merely being played based on individual skills. The module for this course is Basic level. Hopefully with this action Indonesian Futsal can be lift up in term of quality in the long run.
