This is probably one of the saddest news we had to publish here in Futsalplanet. Our friend Damien Knabben died yesterday at the age of 64. The belgian coach was one of the main characters of international futsal, having spent several years in developing our sport all around the world. His last task was leading Chinese Taipei in the past World Futsal Championship, after having coached the Belgian national team and some of the best clubs from his country. Also, he was one of the most appreciated FIFA Futsal instructor and teacher at the Heysel school (KBVB).

One thing is sure and absolutely not rhetorical: we will miss you Damien, thanks for all.
