Belgian First Division: results, fixture and standing-
Belgian Futsal HistoryIn this 22nd round of the
Belgian First Division 2005/2006 both
GDL Châtelet and
Forcom Antwerpen 2000 obtained great results, looking for the play off-series. The "green and white" team found the three points prize in the last minutes of the match, overcoming
Futsal Hasselt thanks to his international players
Mustapha Aabbassi and
Karim Chaïbaï.
In the "Métropole" derby the
Karim Bachar's guys had no problems in winning thanks to an impressive first half.
The european representatives,
C.N Morlanwelz and
Charleroi Action 21 didn't fail their mission respectively again
Junkie’s Frameries and
ZVC Borgerhout.
On the other hand
Lommel and
Houthalen-Genk had no luck in their away matches against
ONU Seraing and
Arenberg FC Enghien En effet, elles ont été tenues en échec lors de leur déplacement respectivement à Seraing et à Enghien. Due to those missing points both clubs from the Limbourg provence have almost lost ever chance to reach the Final Four series.
Finally
ROAM Koninksem, though almost sure to be relegated in second division, obtained a good victory over
Brussels UTD, which is just waiting the end of this unlucky season.

Markets newsEven if the current season is far from being finished, some clubs already think about the next one by attracting new players.
Forcom Antwerpen is one of the first clubs in this matter, having signed the dutch national team players
Appie Idlaarsi and
Dick Hulshorst from FP Houthalen-Genk, as well as
Ahmed Sababti (ZVC Borgerhout): great moves for the
Rudi Lauwers club.
Onu Seraing will count on the real dutch futsal legend:
Edwin Grunholz (KK Malle), but also on the brazilian talent
Ricardinho from Morlanwelz and the RSD Aartselaar's keeper
Didier Bargibant.
Minicup Lommel is also preparing the next league: coach
Carmelo Nieddu, who signed a 4 years agreement with his club, confirmed the arrival of
Manu Nicaise (Futsal Hasselt), the national team keeper
Christian Dandoy (FP Houthalen-Genk) and the dutch talent
Marinho Letemahulu (LZK Marku Bouw).
After this great season
FP Houthalen-Genk can just watch its players leaving for other destination: after Dandoy, Idlaarsi and Hulshorst also
Dave Fermont will go away, back in his country (Netherlands) with
FCK De Hommel. Also, team captain
Fabio Di Pasquale is leaving the club and will join
RSD Aartselaar, as well as the second goalkeeper of Forcom Antwerpen 2000,
Thierry Rousseau.
Big ambitions for
ZVK Wezel, club which is sharing the top of the second division standing (Group B) with KK Malle:
Mustapha Harram (Forcom Antwerpen 2000), the goalkeeper
Marc Vandecaestsbeek (Minicup Lommel),
Kris Gielens (no club) and coach
André Delafontaine will join the new project.
Brussels UTD's president
Ali Defae signed the brazilian coach
Marcos Braga (former Charleroi Action 21 and Kickers Gilly), who will count on new south american players like the Corinthians talented flank
Netto and the Juventude's pivot
Andrè, signed in agreement with the
Fabrizio Correra & Partners.
The belgian national team (99 caps)
Bart Michiels (RSD Aartselaar) will probably join
KK Malle, in case of promotion in first division.
Futsal Hasselt has a new coach: the dismissed
Léon Janssens will be replaced by the current ZVC Borgerhout's
Nico Papanicolaou. Also, from the dutch club
Marku Bouw will arrive
Cihan Ozcan, as we reported in this previous news:
