Myanmar Futsal Team to participate in ASEAN Futsal Tournament in Bangkok


Myanmar Futsal team will take part in the ASEAN Futsal tournament to be held in Bangkok, Thailand, from 29 April to 4 May 2006. As part of making preparations for the competitions, Myanmar Football Federation organized the Futsal trials at the national Indoor Stadium - 1 in Thuwunna on 27 and 28 March. After that the tentatively selected futsal team was set up with 20 players. Majority of the selected players are former selected footballers. Fewer players were selected from the teams that took part in the Major's Cup First Futsal Tournament.
