Referees ready for Futsal final

Six experienced match officials have been selected to take charge of the two-legged 2005/06 UEFA Futsal Cup final.

Familiar names
For the first match between Boomerang Interviú and MFK Dinamo Moskva in Madrid on 29 April, Ivan Novak of Croatia and Karoly Török of Hungary will be in charge with Edi Sunjiæ, another Croatian, as the third official. For the return in Moscow on 7 May, Italian duo Massimo Cumbo and Guiseppe Buluggiu will ensure order, while Andreas Demetriou of Cyprus will assume the third official duties.

Final experience
In particular, Novak, Török and Cumbo are at the very top of Europe's élite referees, having all been involved in last year’s UEFA Futsal Cup final and also the prestigious UEFA European Futsal Championship for national teams. Török and Cumbo ran the rule over the final which, fittingly given the clubs involved in this year's UEFA Futsal Cup showpiece, was between Spain and Russia, with the former winning 2-1.
