It's not exactly a news, but Futsal Planet wants to pay tribute to one of futsal legend who recently left spanish national team: Jesus Claveria, better known as Jesus.
Jesus, 34 years old, played his last match with Lozano's boys on 14th of May in Alcazar De San Juan against Hungary, match won by Spain with an impressive 7-0.
This match closed a wonderful career with Spain, started ten years ago against Italy, the second of May, 1992. In ten years Jesus wore the red spanish shirt for 96 times.
Many prestigious victories in his career: the "unofficial" European Championship of Cordoba 96, the European Championship of Moscow 2001, and above all the World Championship of Guatemala 2000, when Jesus played an unforgettable final against Brazil.
Jesus will anyway keep on playing futsal in his team Antena 3 Boomerang Madrid, one of the best spanish team.
