Training camp for the Damir Kamaletdinov's guys

Meanwhile, the Tajikistan futsal team checked into a training camp in Dushanbe in preparation for the AFC Futsal Championship in Uzbekistan from May 21-27.

Head coach Damir Kamaletdinov has selected 13 players for the continental competition including national football team members Khurshed Makhmudov and Odil Irgashev.

Speaking to www.the-afc.com, Kamaletdinov said: “Our Group B is the true ‘Group of Death’. All the teams are very strong. We will try to qualify for the semi-finals, but our aim will be to win the tournament”.

Group B includes Japan, Iraq, Tajikistan and Hong Kong.
