Sponsorship for SMARTER futsal meet

A sponsorship handing-over ceremony for the charity fundraising futsal tournament for SMARTER was held at the conference room of Hassanal Bolkiah National Stadium yesterday.

Two private companies, WestEgrets Technologies and Services Sdn Bhd and IDS Borneo Sdn Bhd presented the sponsorship to the organisers of the meet, Fusion United Sports Club yesterday.

Other sponsors not present at the ceremony were Syarikat Dayang Rapiah, Riza Fudhlana Sdn Bhd, Galfar Sdn Bhd, De Hayat Productiob Sdn Bhd and Syarikat Rafidah.

The chairlady of the club Hajah Amal Hayati received the sponsorship from Hj Afendi general manager of WestEgrets and Richard SC On representing IDS Borneo.

Twelve teams will be participating in the tournament scheduled for May 28 at the Multi-purpose hall of National Indoor Stadium.

The teams are Star Eleven, Sniper, Zapper, Sumpit, BMB, HSBC, Persibu, Fusion, ITPSS A, ITPSS B, Pearl Jaya and AH United.

The aim of the tournament is to raise fund for SMARTER and to raise awareness on autism.
