Hard life for Shakhtar Donetsk in the Ukranian Cup final 2005/2006, though the final result was the "usual" one, with one more triumph for the Oleg Solodovnyk's guys. Shakhtar, after dominating the national league, was in need of the penalty series to overcome the league runner up Energy Lviv, which "seriously risked" to win the title after the first penalty missed by the Shakhtar star Igor Moskvychov. The clear talent of the serbian star Borko Surudzic and the support of the Belarus national team goalkeeper Ihar Kirkizh and some experienced players like Vitaly Brunko (former Shakhtar) were not enough for the Energy's miracle.
