"The new and most 'alternative' forms of football - Futsal, Street-football or Beach-football - are about to find their places in the organisation of the football association.

At first it will be a job for the current committee for indoor football to try and implement Futsal as a supplementary activity to the currently known form of indoor football.

Whether Futsal will be introduced as official indoor game in Denmark has not yet been decided.
For instance, several countries have already introduced Futsal as official football game in indoor frames. As late as this winter Sweden carried out their first official Futsal championship, basically being 'ordinary' football, played with an adjusted number of players on an indoor pitch.

At this meeting the board of directors (of the Danish FA, ed.) will discuss how to put together a development group to closer examine the possibilites of developing Street-football and Beach-football in our country.

Whether alle three games are to be gathered under one committee will be discussed in March next year, where the board as always goes through all committees and commissions.

The indoor activities under the DBU (the Danish FA, ed.) are handled by the indoor football committee lead by board member Hans Henning Jacobsen, and consisting of the members Peter Roslev, James Nielsen, Holger Hansen, Bent Hansen, Jens Christensen, with administrative support from Henrik Andersen and Sophie Bacquaert from DBU Tournaments"
