Belarussian side FC Gomel have replaced coach Nikolai Goryunov with 59-year-old Russian Viktor Papaev. The move follows a harvest of three points from five games in June which has caused Gomel to drop from first to fifth place in the Vysshaya Liga. A former USSR international who played for FC Spartak Moskva and PFC CSKA Moskva among others, Papaev has latterly coached Futsal clubs FC Dinamo Moskva, FC VIZ-Sinara Ekataerinburg, FC Dina and FC GKI-Gazprom.
