The AFC.comDeroudgar removed from AFC Futsal Committee KUALA LUMPUR: Mr Sadegh Deroudgar of Iran has been removed from the position of Deputy Chairman of the AFC Futsal Committee with immediate effect.
Upon a recommendation from the AFC Disciplinary Committee, the AFC Executive Committee recently discussed the case of Mr Deroudgar’s misbehaviour against the second referee during the AFC Futsal Championship in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, on May 22, 2006, and unanimously decided to remove him from his position.
The AFC had banned Mr Deroudgar’s entry into the Yunusabad Sports Complex a day after the incident and also suspended him from attending the AFC Futsal Committee meeting on May 26.
