National League - Futsal Guatemala

Dear Sirs:

On behalf of the Executive Committee of Guatemala’s National Futsal League, please receive a warm greeting.

We appreciate your interest in participating in the preparation process of our National Futsal Team. We are organizing a friendly tournament to be called “Copa Guatemala” and would be honored if your National Team could participate in it. What follows is the information on the Tournament and of what the organization would be willing to provide:

The Tournament is to be held at the Domo Zona 13 in Guatemala City, Guatemala between the 26 and 28 of October, 2006, with the participation of 4 national teams, under FIFA’s Futsal Laws of the Game.

The organization will provide to all participating teams the following:

1. Accommodations and meals for a delegation of up to 16 persons, arriving in Guatemala on October 25 and departing on October 29, 2006.
2. Local transport between the Airport – Hotel – Tournament Installations – Hotel – Airport.
3. A training facility.

Each team would need to provide its own transportation to and from Guatemala.

We request that you please confirm your participation by July 26, 2006.
