Iran Futsal Team to face the world champions

Iran Futsal National Team will face the Spanish National Team, futsal world champion, in a friendly match to take place between December 2006 and January 2007.

The National Futsal Committee stated: "The committee suggested a friendly visit and match to the Spanish Futsal Committee by sending a fax two months ago."

The friendlies should take place on Dec 27th and 28th, waiting for a confirmation from the national committee.

These matches were also scheduled as a preparation for another tournament in Asia, to take place in January 2007 in Macau.
