Chinese Futsal league just celebrated the last round which took place in Dalian City since July 17th to 21st. Due to the China Central TV requirements, there were some changes in the original fixture.
The "great" news of the week comes from the first seasonal defeat of the title holder
Wuhan Dilong, club mostly composed of national team players. The first lost came from a great performance by Shanghai, which has strenghtened its team with three new arrivals from Chengdu Hushao. Shangai is now to be considered the most potential opponent for Wuhan, though having a distance of 9 points from the current leader. Also, they will host the final round of the league in September.
Dalian "finally appeared" in the league through first victory over Chengdu UESTC, a great satisfaction for the whole staff.
Chengdu UESTC lost all games in this round although it was well-known for its attacking mobility and its first half victory over a few of the powerhouses in the league.
This round has attracted an impressive number of national media to cover the event in this beautiful city (Dalian), also famous to have suffered the Japanese and Russian attacks.
Next round will take place in Chengdu and the end of August.
