Exhausted Shamsaii quits Iran futsal squad

TEHRAN, Aug. 27 (MNA) – Asian best scorer Vahid Shamsaii here Sunday unexpectedly quit Iran’s futsal team, blaming exhaustion for his decision.

“Back-to-back training and extreme fatigue have prevented me from getting ready for international job psychologically,” said Shamsaii.

Former skipper, however, expressed hope he will reunite with his teammates in the national side after dropping down his fatigue.
