Friendly matches between Iran and Italy were cancelled

Mr. Torabian, head of Iran Futsal committee, announced before the beginning of the third training camp staged by the Iranian national team under 21 that the scheduled friendly matches between Iran and Italy were cancelled.

Abbas Torabian declared during an interview “By sending a fax to Iran Football Federation through Italy Futsal Committee, due to the busy programs of Italian team under 21 as a main reason, their visit was cancelled”.

He stated, “The new foreign team chosen in order to play two friendly games with Iranian team under 21 will be announced soon".

In the meanwhile Iranian team under 21 will faced some local clubs.

Training sessions of the team are running with 20 players under the supervision of Brazilian coach Jurandir.
