Interesting start in the spanish Division de Honor 2006/2007, the first one to be played with the FIFA laws of the game, something which is still fomenting a lot of doubts and polemics in Spain, as it will definitely affect the tipical and unreachable spectacle showed by the spanish futbol sala until the past season.

The most interesting match of the first round was definitely the one played in Santiago de Compostela, the repetition of the past Supercup final between Lobelle de Santiago and ElPozo Murcia. This time the Pulpis' team obtained a better result, with the great comeback signed by Miguel and Serpa for the final 3-3 draw.

False step for the national runner up Polaris World Cartagena, which was surprisingly defeated at home by an outstanding Carnicer Torrejon. It's the second great result for the bench "wizard" Josè Carnicer, who was already able to defeat Boomerang Interviu in the XI Trofeo Comunidad de Madrid final.

Heart breaking matches in Vigo and Segovia, where the home teams had to suffer until the last seconds of the game in order to obtain three points each: the former Barcelo Euro Puebla Purao made the Celta's fans crazy when just one second was missing to the end of the match. The Miguel Rodrigo's guys were risking to waste a four goals advantage in the second half, through the Azkar incomplete comeback (playing with the advanced goalkeeper) signed by the former Cartagena Marcelo, Paulinho and Fernandinho.

The Catalan derby went to Mirò Martorell: a double by the ex ACBF and Albacete Flavio followed by the Diego Blanco third goal decided the match against Barcelona, where the Javi Rodriguez and Rafa Munoz (ex Martorell) debut was not enough for Marc Carmona, who is still waiting for the injured Pedrinho and Marcelinho.

Miki and his Benicarlo are working to avoid the hard seasonal ending experienced few months ago. The first step was in the right direction, thanks to the double advantage signed by the argentinian national team player "Yoni" Gonzalez (indicated as "Esteban" in Spain) and the brazilian De Bail, finally available after the endless injury of the recent past.

The second draw of the first round went from Castellon de la Plana, where Playas and Mra Navarra ended the battle with a thrilling final, characterized by the MRA's advantage scored by Dè and the final draw goal signed by Fernandao, "pichichi" of the past league just arrived from Martorell.
