The double friendly match between
Moldova and
Ukraine, which took place in Chisinau on September 25th and 26th, was characterized by a strong balance in the first match, in which the local team obtained a prestigious result forcing Ukraine to a 4-4 draw. Ukraine had to play with the advanced goalkeeper in order to obtain at least the final tie, as an outstanding Moldovan squad was leading by 4-2 until the last minutes of the match.
Lysenchuk boys didn't anyway fail the second chance, overcoming their rivals with a clear 1-4 victory on the day after.
