Dimitri Nicolaou training the National Squad

The Hellenic National team trained on Friday for the first time under the guidance of its new national team coach Dimitri Nicolaou. The squad is entering the final stage of their preparation for the upcoming Euro qualifiers and Nicolaou aims towards preparing a team capable of challenging a spot in the next Euro.

The team is featuring many new faces that will look to add more passion and speed to their more experienced teammates. In early statements Nicolaou asked for hard work and dedication from his players and added that the team will become a tough opponent for anyone to beat. At the same time he was preparing for Monday’s draw before determining the course of training for the next few months.
