Salamina over Ethnikos Asteras 6-7. The islanders continue to surprise with their quality of game which has secured them 4 points against major opponents in the first two games.
The team coached by
Nikos Petritsis outplayed their counterparts and was leading 4-7 five minutes before the end. The home team attempted a come back and had a chance to tie the game in the last seconds, but Salamina held on to get the three points.
Mertiris lead his team in scoring with 4 goals while he had support by his teammate
Ramfos who added 3 goals.
In other games the current champions
Athina 90 had no troubles in overcoming Aeas Pallinis 11-2 with
Michalis scoring three goals for the home team which is preparing to embark in their European tour to play in the UEFA Futsal Cup in Split next week.
Platon also had an easy afternoon beating Ermis Koridalou 14-7. The home team was lead by captain
Lefteris Kouvaras who scored 4 goals.
Kosmos shares the first spot with Platon after beating Doukas 7-4 at home with the international striker
Sikaras A. scoring 4 times for his team.
Ilioupoli got their first three points in the season after beating Gerakas 1-9. Ilioupoli was by far the better team and had no trouble finding the way to score, lead by
Mourdoukoutas who scored 3 goals. In the final game of the day
Minotavros overcame Iniohos 11-3 with a very convincing performance.
Mavraganis lead the way with 4 goals for the home team.

7-4The Championship will resume in two weeks with the Cup taking its place next week in some very interesting matches. All games are knock-out with Minotavros hosting Platon, Athina 90 taking up Iniohos, Kosmos hosting Salamina, Ilioupoli taking on Gerakas, Ermis hosting Peristeri, Aris Virona hosting Doukas, Aeas taking on Olimpiada, and Ethnikos Pallinis taking on Ethnikos Asteras.
