Iran go down fighting to Italy in futsal friendly

Bisceglie, Italy: AFC Futsal Team of the Year contenders Iran lost their second consecutive match to FIFA Futsal World Championship runner-ups Italy 3-2 recently.


Iran had lost to Italy 2-0 on Saturday night and in the second game Ahmad Parvazari and Majid Reisi scored for Team Melli but ), Adriano Foglia, Andrea Vincentini and Edgar Bertoni helped the European Futsal Champions triumph.


The Italian tour is part of Iran’s preparations for next year’s AFC Futsal Championship which they have won seven times in the past.
