Platon have regained the second spot of the league after day 9 with a convincing win at Salamina 2-5. The team from Athens managed to control the game and came back from a 2-0 deficit at halftime mainly due to the excellent performance by Lefteris Kouvaras who lead his team to victory with 2 goals. Salamina has two losses in a row and is looking to pick up their tempo and get back on track. Ethnikos Asteras also managed to get an important win against Doukas 6-4 at home with Spiros Gritzalis scoring three goals. Asteras is now placed at fifth position in the league while Doukas has fallen behind and is at 9th. Kosmos and Iniohos were tied up at 3 goals each in a tough contest and are fighting for a spot in the top positions. Ilioupoli had no trouble overcoming Aeas 4-7 and are working their way up. Minotavros got an important win away at Gerakas 6-7 with Filipou scoring three goals for the winners. The current champions Athina ’90 had the day off and continue to lead the table.
