In the second friendly match played vs Netherlands, Argentina managed to conquer the match by 2-1. The South American squad, once again directed by Christian Meloni (who replaced Larranaga, involved in the FIFA seminar in Uruguay), changed its image and went in the pitch more concentrated and determinated towards the final victory. José Luis Godoy opened the score at the 9th minute of the first half, and four minutes later the local team managed to score again thanks to an impressive goal by Martín Amas, something that the Polideportivo de Hurlingham attendance will never forget.
Argentina controlled the match without many problems, but Netherlands could reduce the disadvantage when just 16 seconds to the end were missing, through a goal by Antoine Merlino.
The last match vs the dutch team will be played on next saturday at 17.00 in the hall Sociedad Alemana de Villa Ballester.

En el segundo de los partidos amistosos con Holanda, Argentina se quedó con el triunfo 2 a 1. Cambió la imagen del equipo dirigido por Christian Meloni (reemplazó nuevamente a Larrañaga que está en el seminario FIFA en Uruguay), que salió más concentrado y decidido a quedarse con la victoria. A los nueve minutos del primer tiempo José Luis Godoy abrió el marcador para los locales, mientras que a los trece llegó el golazo de Martín Amas, con una definición en el aire por encima del arquero que quedará en la memoria de los que asistieron al Polideportivo de Hurlingham.
El encuentro lo controló Argentina casi sin sobresaltos, pero a dos minutos del final, Holanda se fue con todo en busca del descuento, que llegó a 16 segundos del final por intermedio de Antoine Merlino.
El último partido de esta serie de amistosos con Holanda será el sábado a las 17 en la Sociedad Alemana de Villa Ballester.
