Platon came away victorious from the most important game of day 11, winning 3-4 at Ethnikos Asteras. The guests came back from a 3-0 deficit to claim the win with Lefteris Kouvaras leading the way with 2 goals. The game was exciting up until the end with Asteras missing a great opportunity to tie the game 4” before the end. Athina ’90 has finished the first round at top spot with a tough win at home against Kosmos 7-6. Begai lead in scoring for the home team with 3 goals. Minotavros got the win of the day at Dias 3-4 sinking the home team further down in the table. Filipou and Katsikaros scored two goals each to give their team a vital win. Gerakas beat Salamina 7-6 and have taken a giant step towards saving themselves from relegation. Koutras was the hero for the home team with a last minute goal that gave them a much needed win. Aeas lost ground with a home loss against Iniohos who have claimed third spot in the table and are heading straight for the play-offs.
